Marius Myrstad: Physical Activity Reduces Cardiovascular Risk Regardless of AF Status
Marius Myrstad, Head of Research, Head of the Department of Medical Research at Bærum Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
”We found the same health benefits from physical activity, regardless of whether the study participants had atrial fibrillation or not.
While the largest benefit was noted among study participants who were the most active, benefits were also noted for people reporting low activity levels.
