Ahmed Bennis, Professor of Cardiology at Ibn Rochd University Hospital, shared a post on X about a recent article by Mingzhu Wang et al, published in Eroupean Heart Journal, adding:
“Angiotensin II-driven TGF-β1 increases platelet PAR4 expression enhancing thrombotic risk in hypertension.
Angiotensin Ⅱ-driven TGF-β1 upregulates platelet PAR4 transcription to enhance platelet activation in hypertension.”
