Hadeel Swed: My First First-Author Publication in Thrombosis Research
Hadeel Swed, PhD Student at IBMB, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and her colleagues co-authored, published in Thrombosis Research, adding:
“I’m very happy to share that my first paper as a first-author during my PhD has now been published in Thrombosis Research!
In this work, we developed a human-cell recombinant thrombin platform with enhanced activity toward fibrinogen, with the aim of making it a useful tool for in-vitro studies.
A lot of work, learning, troubleshooting, and patience went into this one, so seeing it finally published feels really special.
Very grateful to everyone who was part of this journey.”
