Ajay Gandhi: Six Years of Impact in Patient Blood Management
Ajay Gandhi, Regional Director Scientific Affairs (Asia-Pacific) at Werfen, shared Werfen’s post on LinkedIn:
“The future of healthcare will belong to disciplines that successfully combine evidence, implementation, innovation, and collaboration; PBM is one such subject matter!
Six years ago, this PBM Course began with a simple ambition: to make Patient Blood Management more accessible, relevant, and impactful for not just healthcare professionals but the patients eventually !
As we showcase the 7th Edition of the Certificate Course in Patient Blood Management (PBM Course 2026), I am immensely gratified to see how that vision has evolved:
- Over 5,000 PBM ambassadors certified
- Over 15,000 healthcare professionals subscribed
- Over 100 countries reached
- Over 120 distinguished international faculty members brought together
Beyond these milestones, the most rewarding aspect has been witnessing the growing global commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based PBM practices!!!
My sincere thanks to the faculty, collaborators, organisations, alumni, and participants who have helped shape this journey.
Registration is free, and I encourage colleagues across specialities to join us and share this opportunity within their professional networks.”
