The therapeutic toolkit in myeloproliferative neoplasms is expanding faster than our ability to position it.
JAK inhibition transformed symptom control but only partially delivered on disease modification.
Interferons, hepcidin-axis agents, epigenetic modulators, p53/MDM2 strategies, activin ligand traps – the question is no longer what works.
It is which combinations, in which patients, at which time-point, can genuinely rewrite the natural history of disease.
