Archil Jaliashvili: Exploring BHOC as a Complementary Oxygen-Delivery Strategy
Archil Jaliashvili, Co-Chief Executive Officer at GeoBio Pharm, Biotech Executive, Strategic Partner of BHOC and Precision Oxygen Therapeutics, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Postpartum hemorrhage is where time, blood access and physiology collide.
Stopping the bleeding comes first.
But once severe blood loss develops, falling perfusion and oxygen-carrying capacity create a second problem: can effective tissue oxygen delivery be maintained until definitive care and donor blood are available?
That is the research context in which we are examining BHOC as a potential complementary oxygen-delivery bridge, not as a replacement for hemorrhage control or transfusion.”
