Arun V. J.: The Power of a Simple Push to Save Lives Through Blood Donation
Arun V. J., The Leader of Transfusion Medicine at Malabar Medical College, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Kidnap someone to donate blood.
I was going to donate blood in my blood bank and kidnapped a professor along the way.
Bring along your kidnapped colleague to donate blood. This simple technique can double the donation numbers.
Nobody is against blood donation. They all just need a push.
What better way than to call them for donation!
And I will not ask anyone to do that I’m not willing to do myself.
I post in my hospital group so that when I ask them to donate, they know I’m serious.
Who will you kidnap? Tag in the comments to ask your colleagues to donate.”
