Three themes that repeatedly emerged across the MPN sessions at EHA2026:
- Disease modification in PV and ET.
- Markers of biological disease activity beyond conventional risk stratification.
- Emerging therapeutic approaches targeting different aspects of MPN biology, including iron metabolism and mutant CALR.
These are exciting developments for the field, and it will be fascinating to follow how these concepts evolve in the coming years.”
