From Chronic Pain with Every Step to Exercising Every Day – EHC
EHC – European Haemophilia Consortium shared a post on LinkedIn:
“From chronic pain with every step to exercising every day.
Nir Sharon, living with severe haemophilia A, once had to give up his dream of becoming a professional tennis player.
Years later, after experiencing chronic pain and mental suffering, he discovered yoga and slowly rebuilt both his physical and mental strength.
Today, he helps others living with chronic pain reconnect with movement.
‘You don’t need to run or go to the gym to be active. Even gentle movement counts.’
Read Nir’s journey in the This Way Compaign.
Personal story, always consult your healthcare team before starting or changing physical activity.”
