Erin VanDyke: Progress, Partnerships, and Patient Impact in VTE Care
Erin VanDyke, Vice President of NBCA Centers of Excellence, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“PHEW…March did not mess around.
Didn’t make it to Capitol Hill Day thanks to weather—but that didn’t slow things down one bit.
This month looked like:
- Supporting COEs across the country
- Visiting MyMichigan Health Midland, Corewell Health West Butterworth, and Ascension Sacred Heart
- Inservices with women’s health plus vein teams
- Celebrating VTE survivors (always the best part)
- Launching the Community DVT Excellence Program
- Welcoming Vein and Vascular Institute as our inaugural site
- Designating our FIRST pediatric VTE COE at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital
- Hosting our first COE webinar
- Presenting at the Clot Care Summit
- Community outreach in Muskegon, MI
And through all of it—continuing to push awareness, education, and better care for patients impacted by blood clots.
Also grateful for the continued support from partners like Inari Medical, Penumbra Vascular, and Pfizer, helping advance education and awareness across so many of these initiatives.
Grateful for the people, the partnerships, and the progress…even if I need a nap
On to April.”
