“I am thrilled to announce that I received the Fritz Schiff Young Investigator Award from the German Society for Transfusion Medicine and Immunohaematology (DGTI) at their 59th Annual Meeting in Tübingen-Stuttgart last week.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the DGTI for honouring me with this award, which marks an important milestone in my career as a young clinician scientist in transfusion medicine.
I would also like to thank the entire team at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Transfusion Medicine Tübingen (IKET) and Tamam Bakchoul for their continuous support over the years.”
