”We are delighted to announce the launch of Greece’s first Clonal Hematopoiesis Cardio-Hematology Outpatient Clinic at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI), established through the collaboration of the Departments of Hematology and Cardiology of the University of Crete.
This initiative represents an important step towards integrating cardiovascular and hematological care, while advancing research and precision medicine in this rapidly evolving field.
Special thanks to all colleagues who contributed to making this vision a reality.
