Matías J. Alet: Reflections on Stroke Care and Brain-Heart Interaction at Stroke Congress 2026
Matías J Alet, Member of Education Committee of World Stroke Organization, shared on LinkedIn:
”It was a real pleasure to participate in the Stroke Congress – Brain Heart Interaction 2026 in Samborondón, Ecuador.
I had the opportunity to share some reflections on stroke classification and stroke systems of care.
I am deeply grateful to the organizers for their kind invitation, hospitality, and for creating such a high-level scientific and human environment.
It was inspiring to share this space with colleagues who are strongly committed to improving stroke care across the region.
It will be a true pleasure to come back.”
