Maxime Dely: Strengthening Skills in Plasma and Red Cell Exchange
Maxime Dely, Therapeutic Solutions Sales Consultant at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“3 days of training and experience sharing with colleagues focused on plasma exchange and red blood cell exchange procedures.
Our goal: to strengthen our expertise, enhance our practices, and build on valuable field experience.
The program included a strong focus on patient pathologies, the sharing of best practices, and collaborative discussions on procedure optimization.
These exchanges help us continuously improve the quality of our discussions with medical teams, intervetious and the patient experience.
Excellence is built together, and these training sessions are essential for developing our skills and advancing our practices.
A huge thank you to Vivienne Wint for these 3 days of shairng, challenges, knowledge transfer and laughter, which made the experience both enriching and enjoyable.
Special thanks as well to Chipo Scuvée for 4 months of support, for always taking the time to answer our many questions, and above all for her patience and availability throughout our learning journey.”
