”Honored to share that my Blood Commentary, ‘A Padua moment for factor VIII gene therapy,’ has now been published.
The Commentary discusses a newly engineered FVIII variant with improved secretion and cofactor activity, offering a Padua-like advance for hemophilia A gene therapy by enabling efficacy at substantially lower vector doses.
