Sadia Kamal: Honored to Receive the Outstanding Abstract Award at the 20th Midwest Platelet Conference
Sadia Kamal, Student at Texas A&M University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am happy to share that I received the Outstanding Abstract Award at the 20th Midwest Platelet Conference, where I gave an oral presentation on my research.
Receiving this recognition is encouraging as I continue my PhD journey.
The conference, hosted by my awesome PIs, Fadi Khasawneh and Fatima Alshbool, was a wonderful opportunity to learn, share ideas, and connect with others in the platelet research community.
It was a pleasure connecting with fellow researchers and reconnecting with people I had met at the Hemostasis Gordon Research Conference earlier this year.
Seeing the care and effort my PIs put into organizing the conference and making it a success made the experience even more special.
A special thank you to my lab members for their continued encouragement and support.”
