Driving National Change for Bleeding Disorders – WFH

“Juan Andrés Pereira de Souza, President of the Uruguayan Haemophilia Association, is driving meaningful progress in Bleeding Disorder advocacy through the WFH PACT Advocacy Academy.
He is advancing efforts toward a national law that would secure social and medical rights for people with bleeding disorders in Uruguay.
His leadership is helping expand access to treatment and shaping long-term change.
