Which Antiarrhythmics Increase Bleeding Risk with Xa Inhibitors?
Thrombosis & Haemostasis Journal (TH Open) shared a post on X:
“What is the risk of Major Bleeding During Concomitant Use of Antiarrhythmics and Oral Factor Xa Inhibitors? Choi et al. found that Amiodarone, Diltiazem and Verapamil were associated with high bleeding risk, while Dronedarone was not.”
