Jeyaraj Pandian’s Visit to China to Support Advancement and Standardization of Stroke Care

”WSO President Prof Jeyaraj Pandian undertook a recent visit to China, to support the advancement and standardization of stroke care in the country.
Participating in Capacity Building Program for Stroke Healthcare Professionals in Shaanxi Province, in Xi’an on December 7th.
The WSO President also visited a series of stroke care facilities, including a certification site visit to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University, which plays plays a major role in developing stroke programs across Fujian Province.

WSO plans to certify at least 50 stroke centers in China in the coming months, marking a significant step toward improving stroke care quality and standardization for stroke patients in the region.
