Two-day Workshop on “Strengthening of Regulatory Functions for Improved Blood Bank and Clinical Transfusion Services” held on November 19-20, 2025, at Hotel Beach Luxury, Karachi, in collaboration WHO-World Health Organization– Pakistan.
The objective of this workshop was to build the capacity of the Regional and Provincial Blood Transfusion Authorities (BTAs) and key stakeholders to effectively carry out their regulatory functions to ensure safe, ethical, and efficient blood transfusion services in Pakistan and fruitful discussion on enhancing blood banking systems, regulatory frameworks Thalassemia and Hemophilia
