Louise Bannon: The World Thrombosis Day Campaign is Calling on Industry Leaders
Louise Bannon, Director of Membership, Marketing and External Relations of ISTH, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Blood clots—also known as thrombosis—can strike in the brain, lungs, legs, arms, abdomen and more.
They are serious, but they are often preventable.
The World Thrombosis Day campaign is calling on industry leaders, healthcare professionals and innovators to help raise awareness and support education efforts around arterial and venous thrombosis—the leading cause of preventable death worldwide.
Let’s work together to drive impact—through science, stories and education!
