GT Connect – Connecting the GT Community – Glanzmann’s Research Foundation
Glanzmann’s Research Foundation shared a post on LinkedIn:
“For more than 20 years, our Glanzmann Thrombasthenia Support Group has been a place where patients and caregivers can connect, share experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another.
Now, we’re bringing that same connection together in a new way.
GT Connect is an online open discussion created specifically for people living with GT and their caregivers.
This isn’t another presentation explaining GT to people who live it every day.
It isn’t a traditional roundtable guided by someone outside the GT community.
And it isn’t a sponsored program where participating means providing information or agreeing to additional requirements.
The conversation belongs to the GT community.
- No outside agenda.
- No required talking points.
- No presentations you’ve already heard.
- No pressure to speak.
And most importantly:
- No sign-up process.
- No surveys.
- No sharing your contact information.
- No video or image releases to sign.
Come share an experience. Ask a question. Pass along something you’ve learned from living with GT. Or simply come and listen.
And the same rule we’ve followed in our Support Group for 20 years applies:
What’s said there, stays there.
If you have GT or care for someone who does, join the Glanzmann Thrombasthenia Support Group today to participate in GT Connect.
More information about our first discussion is coming soon.”
