Behind Every Discovery Is a Mentor Who Believed First – HTRS
Hemostasis & Thrombosis Research Society shared on LinkedIn:
“Behind every discovery is a mentor who believed first.
At SEARCH (Students Exploring Academic Research Careers in Hematology), mentorship is at the heart of discovery. Each year, students meet leading hematologists and biomedical researchers who generously share their time, insight, and lived experience as students explore research careers in hemostasis and thrombosis.
These mentors do more than teach science — they ignite curiosity, build confidence, and help students see themselves as future contributors to the field. Through meaningful one-on-one guidance, SEARCH opens doors for trainees who may not have previously considered careers in hematology or biomedical research.
This Season of Giving, your support helps nurture these transformative mentor–mentee connections, pairing curious students with the experts who inspire them to keep searching, learning, and discovering.
Support mentorship today.”
