Investing in Youth, Transforming Hemophilia Care – WFH
World Federation of Hemophilia, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Empowering young people with knowledge can help them take a more active role in managing their health.
During a recent visit to Madagascar as part of the WFH Cornerstone Initiative, the WFH and the Association for the Well-being of Hemophiliacs in Madagascar (ABEHM) provided training for 25 young members on hemophilia and other bleeding disorders, including practical knowledge to help them manage their conditions.
The visit also included advocacy training for NMO board members, strengthening their ability to represent the needs of the bleeding disorders community and promote access to care.”
