Implementation evaluation of an inpatient digital dashboard for direct oral anticoagulant surveillance

This newly published manuscript presents findings from the development and implementation of a digital dashboard across four acute care facilities and evaluates implementation success using qualitative and quantitative feedback from participating clinicians.

This work represents an important step toward using data, clinical decision support, and stewardship infrastructure to identify patients who may need review and support for safer, more systematic antithrombotic therapy management.

Congratulations to all of the authors on this important publication, and thank you to everyone who contributed to this project.
