Oral TQB3473 Achieves a 56.8% Response Rate in Relapsed/Refractory ITP – JTH

”TQB3473, a novel spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor for primary immune thrombocytopenia: a single-arm, open-label, multicenter phase 1 study
This phase 1 trial found oral TQB3473 achieved a 56.8% response rate in relapsed/refractory ITP, with 600 mg daily showing the best efficacy-tolerability balance.”
