Yara Alyahyawi: Advancing Epigenetic Therapy for Hemophilia B
Yara Alyahyawi, Assistant Professor at Jazan University and PhD researcher at University of Birmingham, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article she and T. M. Belali co-authored, published in Molecular Biology, adding:
“Thank God, our scientific paper entitled
Epigenetic Reactivation of F9 via HNF4α as a Therapeutic Strategy for Hemophilia B
Using the In Silico model, the research explores the possibility of enhancing F9 gene expression through HNF4α and CRISPR-based epigenetic activation as a promising research strategy for Hemophilia B.
I was honored to be the first author and corresponding author in this work.”
