Welcoming Opposition to ISTH 2025: EHC Highlights the Crucial Role of Modern Treatments in Hemophilia Management
The European Haemophilia Consortium shared a post on X:
”The EHC attended ISTH 2025, where Maria Elisa Mancuso & Mark Skinner presented manuscripts we co-authored opposing the ISTH Guidelines. Thanks, Maria Elisa Mancuso (EHC Medical Advisory Group Chair), for representing our community at this pivotal moment!”
Apparently, no field is safe from a clash of clans!
The European Haemophilia Consortium eagerly took the stage to brand the ISTH guidelines as “outdated and purposeless” when it comes to acknowledging ”Modern Hemophilia Treatments”.
Maria Elisa Mancuso, Chair of the EHC Medical Advisory Group, and Mark Skinner presented sharply contrasting manuscripts that stirred the debate.
