Najafov Lab’s First Paper Has Been Published in Nature!
Najafov Lab, Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center, posted on X:
“We are happy to announce that the first paper from the Najafov Lab has been published in Nature! In this study, we identified SIGLEC12 as a mediator of plasma membrane rupture (PMR) for necroptotic cell death using a genome-wide CRISPR-based systematic approach.”
