”Thrilled to share the success of our second Excellence Stroke Training Center Plus (ESTC+ ) in Peru!
Over two intensive days, 45 emergency physicians and neurologists participated in advanced training focused on stroke and STEMI management, combining lectures, skill stations, and high-fidelity clinical simulations across prehospital and in-hospital scenarios.
This initiative, led by Boehringer Ingelheim, reinforces our commitment to continuing medical education (CME) and positions Peru at the forefront of innovative training in acute care in Stroke and STEMI.
Key highlights:
- Hands-on simulation to strengthen decision-making and teamwork under real-life conditions
- Collaboration with leading scientific societies and Universidad Científica del Sur
- Faculty composed of top experts in neurology, cardiology, and emergency medicine
A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible—our dedicated faculty, healthcare professionals, and the Boehringer Ingelheim team driving this vision forward.
Together, we are raising the standard of care for Stroke and STEMI patients in Latin America.
Let’s keep building excellence in healthcare education!”
