Ahmed Bahi on Lina Merghani’s Critique of Early Withdrawal of Aspirin after PCI
Ahmed Bahi, Critical Care Pharmacist Specialist in Trauma Services at Hamad Medical Corporation, shared on LinkedIn:
”Exciting News in Cardiovascular Research!
I’m thrilled to share that I recently had the opportunity to supervise my pharmD student Lina Merghani in critique of a groundbreaking study published in NEJM focused on the ”early withdrawal of aspirin after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in acute acute coronary syndrome (ACS)”..
In my critique, Dr Lina highlighted benefit vs risk of stopping aspiring after acute ACS.
I want to commend our PharmD student for their hard work and dedication to advancing care for trauma patients.
Your contributions are paving the way for improved patient outcomes.
Let’s continue to push the boundaries of knowledge and improve the lives of our patients.”
