Foad YahyaZade: First Time in Iran the Lithix was Successfully Used by Alimohammad Haji Zeinali at Tehran Heart Center
Foad YahyaZade, Division Manager at Behavar Teb Kian, posted on LinkedIn:
“For the first time in Iran, the Lithix(Contact Hertz Mechanical IVL) from Elixir Medical (USA) was successfully used by Professor Alimohammad Haji zeinali at Tehran Heart Center.

The patient’s condition was far from simple:
congenital hyperlipidemia, previous CABG, and a history of subclavian and abdominal stenting — a truly complex scenario.
But the story of Elixir’s IVL balloon in Iran began even earlier, with a reunion after 20 years — two old friends meeting again:
Dr. Haji Zeinali and Dr. Arafat Mansur
We were also incredibly fortunate to see the DynamX Bioadaptor System used alongside the Lithix by Dr. Haji Zeinali — a combination that delivered an outstanding clinical result.
You can’t imagine how satisfied everyone was with the outcome of such a challenging case.
And this… is just the beginning.”
