Using CDC WONDER mortality data spanning 50 years, we evaluated long-term trends and demographic disparities in ischemic stroke mortality in the U.S. Despite major advances in stroke care, our findings demonstrate persistent and evolving inequities, underscoring the need for targeted, data-driven public health strategies.”
