Shreya Agarwal and Bryce A Kerlin on The Impact of Advanced Hemostasis and Thrombosis Fellowship Trainings
Shreya Agarwal, Assistant Professor of Pediatric Hematology at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals, reposted from Bryce A Kerlin on LinkedIn:
”Thank you, Dr Kerlin!
Proud to share our recent survey study highlighting the impact of advanced hemostasis and thrombosis (H and T) fellowships.
At a time of growing workforce shortages and increasing clinical complexity, these findings underscore the importance of investing in H and T training—and for trainees considering this path, we hope this study offers helpful insight into what an H and T fellowship can offer and why it may be worth exploring.
We are deeply grateful to the fellows who took the time to respond and to the program directors who helped distribute the survey and make this work possible.”
Quoting Bryce A Kerlin‘s post:
”The importance and impact of Advanced Hemostasis/Thrombosis Fellowship Training is highlighted in this new Haemophilia paper now available online ahead of print.
Congratulations to the authors for successfully completing this important survey study.
It will be important to follow this cohort and future trainee cohorts to fully understand the impact of specialized training in our field.”
