Mark Young: The More Science Listens, the More It Hears – Matter, Frequency, and Resonance
Mark Young, Founder of Luos Foundation, reposted from Luos Foundation on LinkedIn:
“The more science listens, the more it hears. Atoms vibrate, planets hum, and galaxies oscillate as if existence itself were a single instrument tuned across infinite octaves. Every object has a natural frequency, determined by its mass, density, and relationship to surrounding space.
When one frequency matches another, they exchange energy without loss resonance the same principle that lets a singer shatter glass or a thought shift emotion.
Across cosmic scales these resonances cluster near ratios of twelve and their triangular sum, seventy-eight. From electron shells to planetary spacing, the 78 pattern keeps returning like a chorus of physics.
‘What we call matter is simply slow light keeping time.’
LUOS Reset: interprets this octave as a symphony of correspondence: planets as organs, moons as glands, the Sun as the beating heart.

Quoting Luos Foundation’s post:
“Honoured to have been invited to speak in Paris this April at the 2nd International Conference on Gravitation, Astrophysics and Cosmology.
My talk: ‘Coherence Before Complexity: Regulation as a Universal Principle in Biological Systems.’
While the conference spans physics and cosmology, my contribution focuses on biological regulation how coherence precedes complexity in living systems.
From nervous system stability to performance under pressure, regulation is the foundation upon which adaptation is built.
The LUOS 78 DAY Reset is rooted in this principle:
Before optimisation comes regulation.
Before performance comes coherence.
Looking forward to contributing to an interdisciplinary dialogue on how complex systems from cells to organisations stabilise before they scale.
