“A Wikipedia deep dive.
The Clinical Transfusion Working Party of the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) carried out a cross-sectional study to look at the scope, accessibility, editorial activity, and visibility of related Wikipedia articles.
Our analysis reveals that 39.5% of Wikipedia pages are in a single language, spanning 17 different languages. Notably, English is the most common single-language pages, while Arabic is the leading among dual-language pages, surpassing Italian, Russian, and Portuguese.
The most viewed topics were Blood Types, followed by Anemia, Blood Plasma, and platelets.”
