Shubham Misra: Proteomic Biomarkers for Acute Stroke Subtype Classification
Shubham Misra, Postdoctoral Associate at Yale Department of Neurology, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, adding:
”Hot off the press!!!
Published in JAHA, our cross-platform proteomics study from my postdoc research identifies distinct biomarker panels for classifying four stroke subtypes in acute settings.
If validated in larger prospective cohorts, these panels hold the potential to improve stroke diagnosis, guide early intervention strategies, and reduce diagnostic uncertainty in acute settings.”
