”Stroke remains a key complication after TAVI, with major impact on morbidity and mortality.
This review summarizes incidence, mechanisms, and risk factors, and highlights evolving prevention strategies, including cerebral protection devices.
Reducing stroke risk remains a central challenge in contemporary TAVI.”
