Can anticoagulation safely be discontinued in patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH)? This pressing clinical question was recently addressed by Dr. Richard Kelly during an interview at the International PNH Interest Group Congress (IPIG 2025). As treatment paradigms evolve with the advent of complement inhibitors, the traditional rationale for long-term anticoagulation in PNH patients is being actively re-evaluated”.
