Jeff Sternlicht: Change Your Trajectory Before It Is Too Late
Jeff Sternlicht, Emergency Physician and Medical Director at Vituity, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Two people. Same age. Completely different trajectory.
One recognized risk early.
One didn’t.
Same age… completely different outcome.
This is cumulative exposure.
Not just LDL. It’s:
- Metabolic health
- Particle burden
- Inflammation
- Everything over time
Your arteries are a reflection of what they’ve been exposed to.
I wish I understood that earlier.
But here’s the key:
- Once you recognize it… you can change the trajectory.
The biggest risk is what you don’t know is there.”
