Aaron Rodriguez Calienes: RESISTANT Registry Provides Reassuring Safety Data for Acute Intracranial Stenting
Aaron Rodriguez Calienes, Neurology Resident Physician & Stroke researcher at Jackson Health System/University of Miami Health System, shared on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, adding:
”Our latest RESISTANT Registry subanalysis found that aggressive intraprocedural antiplatelet therapy was not associated with excess hemorrhagic risk in patients undergoing acute intracranial stenting after intravenous thrombolysis.
Pleased to see this work published in Annals of Clinical and Translational Neurology.”
