Sophia Delicou: Featured on the Cover of the British Journal of Haematology
Sophia Delicou, Head of Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Unit, Head of the Expertise Center of Hemoglobin Diseases and Their Complications at Hippokrateio General Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Delighted to see our work featured on the cover of the latest issue of the British Journal of Haematology.
Not quite Vogue, but for a haematologist, this is even better.
The cover highlights our study on red blood cell membrane proteomics in transfusion-dependent β-thalassaemia, conducted in collaboration with Prof.Antonellou and colleagues.
Grateful to everyone who contributed to this work and to the journal for showcasing our research.”
