Amr M. Fahmi, Clinical Pharmacist at Hamad Medical Corporation, Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Qatar University, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Clinical and Applied Thrombosis/Hemostasis, adding:
“I am delighted to share our publication where we derived and validated a genotype guided warfarin dosing algorithm in the Arab population.
With a sample of more than 400 patients, the new algorithm had better precision compared to Gage et Al. in the studied population.”
