Epigenetic Reactivation of F9 via HNF4α as a Therapeutic Strategy for Hemophilia B

Using the In Silico model, the research explores the possibility of enhancing F9 gene expression through HNF4α and CRISPR-based epigenetic activation as a promising research strategy for Hemophilia B.

I was honored to be the first author and corresponding author in this work.”
