Andreas Tiede: Emicizumab in Postpartum Acquired Hemophilia A
Andreas Tiede, Professor at Hannover Medical School, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article he and his colleagues co-authored, published in Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH), adding:
”Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a serious condition that can occur after pregnancy.
Fortunately, we can prevent bleeding with emicizumab.
But is breastfeeding actually safe?”
