Prashant Mehta: Optimizing Inotuzumab Dosing in B-ALL

Prashant Mehta, Senior Consultant and Program Head at Amrita Hospital Faridabad, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“I have immense respect for Leukemia Department – Hagop Kantarjian, M.D.

We look upto him as one of the top leukemia researchers in the world .

Today I was so glad to get a citation alert for our group’s real world study on efficacy and toxicity of lower doses Inotuzumab from Amrita Hospital, Faridabad from Dr Kantarjian’s paper .

We were able to demonstrate a similar efficacy and lower toxicity of lower doses of in relapsed or refractory B-ALL in a small cohort of 15 patients.

Dr Kantarjian’s paper on dose optimization of Inotuzumab is very important to us and his citation of our study in his review inspires us immensely to keep looking for better answers for our patients together.
