‘Transforming transfusion training: An interactive online learning program for early-career laboratory scientists’
As someone who has always been passionate about both transfusion medicine and education, contributing to the evidence base for transfusion training and workforce development is incredibly rewarding.
Through my roles at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and The University of Adelaide, I have the privilege of supporting both current and future laboratory scientists, making this publication particularly meaningful to me.
This study highlights how the Transfusion Laboratory Essentials online course, developed by the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood Clinical Education Team, supports the development of capable and confident scientists in the early stages of their careers.
