Thomas Dayspring: MHT for Vasomotor Symptoms May Also Offer Cardiovascular Benefits
Thomas Dayspring, Lipid Specialist, Educator at Early Medical, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent article by Ziyuan Wang et al, published in JAMA Internal Medicine, adding:
“Important study:
MHT for the right woman is an excellent therapy – but it is not a CV or lipid-modulating therapy per se. But when used as indicated for vasomotor symptoms in peri- and early menopause it seems some CV benefit will follow.”
