“A charity very close to my heart, and one that needs our support more than ever right now.
This article, featuring my beautiful friend Naomi Denton and her little spunk Sullivan, captures so perfectly what Hemophilia Foundation Victoria means to the families who rely on it.
To me, this genuinely is the definition of support — and of being supported. Having somewhere to turn, people who understand, a community around you, and practical help navigating something that would otherwise feel incredibly isolating.
After many years of supporting Victorian families living with bleeding disorders, HFV is now facing closure following the withdrawal of its government funding.
I really hope this story gets the traction it deserves – and, most importantly, that HFV gets the funding reinstated so it can continue doing this incredibly important work.
