“Over the past two days, ASH and the FDA convened the ASH-FDA Collaboration: Workshop on Regulatory Science in Hematology, an interactive program designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the FDA’s role in hematology product development.
Participants explored the FDA’s role in hematology product development through dynamic panels, case studies, and discussions on the IND process, clinical trial design, expanded access, expedited development programs, and regulatory review.
